We have built up a huge database of bad tenants and urge landlords to contact us prior to letting their property to a tenant to check if that tenant is on our list. Again it is absolutely free to check.

Working Together
We all know that there are just too many bad tenants who won’t pay their rent. One landlord can’t make a difference and the system will not change. However, if all landlords work together and register their bad tenants we can stop financial losses for each other.
