	What We Do

		Trespass Cases We specialise in trespass cases and more formally known as Squatters cases. We can arrange for immediate and effective legal action to be taken against trespassers. We take immediate action upon receiving your instructions. Proceedings are issued without notice and we usually obtain hearing dates within 14 days or less. Arrangements are made for personal service of documents usually within one day of issue. Our legal representative attends with you to obtain an Order for Possession and in the majority of cases an order is made for the trespassers to leave immediately. In the event of the squatters still refusing to leave then the Court Bailiff or in more valuable or urgent cases the Sheriff’s Office can be instructed. This Sheriff’s Office service is not provided as standard and quotes are obtained on request. The costs for trespass cases depend on the circumstances of each particular case. The usual all inclusive cost is £750.00 however, full written quotes will be given at the outset of instructions.
